So of course we went to the third annual Kip Killmon's Tysons Ford Mustang and Ford Round Up, and it was even bigger this year which means that yes this show has continued to grow every year since it was first started.
The show is organized by Hoyt Sabo who is one of the sales managers at Kip Killmon's Tysons Ford and Ceece the head of the Northern Virginia Mustang Club. With all the hard work of promoting the show and then having it land on the same day as a major event at Maryland International Raceway, the show was still able to bring in over a hundred cars and several local vendors. With cars ranging from classic Mustangs all the way through to the latest 2010 Mustang GT.
Other great reasons to come to the show, well there was an all original Shelby Cobra - This car is not a kit, and not a remake it is a completely originial authentic and amazingly gorgeous car. This is the same Cobra we saw in Ocean City which so many tried to claim as a kit car, however we hae seen this car several times and have personally spoken to the owner about the vehicle and can vouch for its complete authenticity.
So if you missed this years show, watch for the update on the NVMC Fall Show generally held at Algoncian Park for more fun.
