Hyperfest Road Racging Coverage

I love road racing, speeding around all of the turns, breaking hard into a sharp curve, and overtaking the car in front of you are some of the best feelings while driving on the track.  Hyperfest brings that and so much more.  With NASA overseeing the road racing it allowed for several classes of racing including the Honda Challenge, American Iron Series, German Touring Sportscar Challenge, Factory Five Racing Challenge, the 944 Cup, and more.

With so much going on it was hard to keep up with who was on the track when, but watching was great either way.

One thing to note and you will see in the photos is that unlike any other racing, on the road the rain does not cause them to put off the game.  Where NASCAR, Drifting, or Drag Racing would stop and wait for a dry track, road racers change the tires and put the peddle back down.
