The Barrett Jackson Palm Beach Florida auction saw a great amount of amazing one off cars make their way across the stage. Two of the most surprising were the Ford 2005 Mustang Concept auctioned off for charity. These concept cars can never be tagged or drivin on the road although they can be driven on any racetrack or private road.
Another interesting car was the Cadillac CTS-V car that made the record run around the Nürburgring beating out time of both the BMW M3 and the BMW M5. The interesting part about this car is that we had the opportunity to have fun with it on the track several weeks earlier at Monticello Motor Club when we attended the Cadillac Performance Driving Experience. The best part is this is another car sold which cannot be titled and driven on the street, but it sold for the same price as a new never drivin CTS-V, realizing that this one has been track driven by more than 100 people.
